With the enforcement of Direct Vision Standard came hefty fines for non-compliance. Why risk it?
Get your systems booked in for install or take advantage of applying for the recently extended Grace Period.
Transport for London (TfL) have allowed for a grace period for the Progressive Safe System (PSS) similar to the grace period offered at the enforcement of Direct Vision Standard.
The extension to the original time now means, providing you have applied and been credited with a grace period approval, you can take benefit of the grace period until 4th May 2025.
Those wishing to benefit from the grace period must apply directly from Transport for London using the London Road User Charging Account area of TfL’s website and provide evidence of the planned installation before the end of the grace period.
We have assisted numerous customers in acquiring their PSS permit and continue to do so. We are also now scheduling installations in accordance with the guidelines set out by TfL so that customers can also apply for the benefit of the grace period.
